Tuesday Take ½-1 Lit. Luke worm water Milk+Vegetable Pakoda/Upma with Vegetables Chapati with paneer bhurji and spinach curry+Curd Milk, suji idli Chapati /seasonal vegetable
Wednesday Take ½-1 Lit. Luke worm water Milk+Beetroot Paratha/simple Paratha Vegetable khichdi with a Curd/Rice+Dal+salad with lemon Milk,veg sandwich Chapati + Paneer seasonal vegetable
Thursday Take ½-1 Lit. Luke worm water Milk+Stuffed Paratha/Vegetable daliya Rajma with Rice, Chapati, curd and salad with lemon Milk,Suji cheela Chapati seasonal green vegetable+ halwa
Friday Take ½-1 Lit. Luke worm water Milk+Aloopuri/Paratha with seasonal veg Chapati, kadhi, Rice, salad, amla, curd Milk,moong dal cheela Veg daliya/Chapati with seasonal vegetable
Saturday Take ½-1 Lit. Luke worm water Milk+Salted Vegetable sago/any stuffed paratha Chapati, Dal, Green Vegetable and Curd Vegetable soup Besan cheela/Chapati with paneer bhurji and green vegetable
Sunday Take ½-1 Lit. Luke worm water Milk+Chapatti with seasonal vegetable/vegcutlet Chapati, soyabean Dal, Rice, curd and amla Milk, dry fruit ladoo Chapati+seasonalvegetable

Tips to include in your daily habits

  • Check your Nutrients with your diet
  • Have luke warm water early morning to detox your body.
  • Chapatti can consist of multi grain, makka, rice, wheat, jwar.
  • If a family takes non veg. for protein rich diet egg and nonveg can be added to diet once in a week.
  • In place of white bread and rice use brown bread and brown rice.
  • In winter we may add dry fruit ladoo daily in our diet.
  • Take green vegetable at least one time in any meal.
  • Avoid heavy intake of salt, sugar, and refined flour in diet.
  • Take proper amount of food required by your body.
  • Ensure to have 8 glass of water daily. But avoid water during a meal.
  • Strictly avoid :Junk food, Packed food
