Special Morning Assembly

SPECIAL MORNING ASSEMBLY

1. All students/Class teachers will reach their classes as soon as they enter in school campus. Soon after the first bell All students will form height wise line in their respective classes and CTS will lead their line from the class to assembly area.
2. Students must be trained to walk smartly, without any whisper and dragging their feet, quietly and maintaining straight posture. No one touches or lean on any classmate.
3. Students must be lined up as per the space allotted. All lines will move on the left side of the corridor or path ways.
4. The scheduled house/class whose presentation is due stands at the stage to perform. Podium, mike and music instruments for the assembly must be arranged well before the assembly time.
5. During the school assembly student have to observe proper decorum and solemnity befitting the occasion, be attentive and respectful at all times, politeness and courtesy of speech and good conduct are expected from the pupil. clap, talk and cheer only at appropriate times (positive cheer only.
6. All students must be dressed neatly in full school uniform. Students are required to wear tie and belt with school uniform as prescribed by the school, on all working days except Saturday where in they are supposed to come to school in house T-shirt and white PT shoes. Modifications to the school uniform are not allowed. Wearing the ID card is compulsory. Students coming to school in untidy dress/hair etc. will be refused entry to school.
7. Assembly I/C/ Subject teacher/ class teacher will ensure correct pronunciation and selection of the text. All stop talking and be attentive when the presenter is ready to speak or the presentation is ready to begin. for any topic, language selection should be selected.
8. Principal’s prior approval for any material being presented on the stage is a must for the house I/C Therefore, They are advised to plan a week before for the assembly.
9. National anthem must be sung with spirit, must be luid and harmonized with correct accent. All students must stand straight, fingers slightly close in the form of fist. heels joined, toes a little apart, and eyes straight.
10. National anthem will take place after announcement by Principal (if any)
11. At the end of assembly remains standing until the head boy/girl, house captain or house I/C gives exit instructions.
12. The subject teachers who are deputed for 1st period will lead the lines to their respective class rooms.
