Cooperation:- The child is the product of both the Home and the school. Parents are requested to cooperate with the school authorities in reinforcing the educational values of neatness, politeness and courtesy both at home and in the school.
School Diary:- Parents should check the school diary regularly and counter sign remarks made on it and act upon it as and when necessary. The school Dairy must be brought to the school daily, else a fine of Rs.10/- per day will be charged.
Interaction with Teachers:- Should You feel that your ward doesn’t make the desired progress or if he/she has any other problem in the school, the Principal /concerned teachers should be contacted at the earliest. Immediately after the school Hours, the Principal/ Coordinators and teachers are available for interaction on Saturday except during Exam/Tests.
Meeting Teachers during School Hours:- During school hours, parents are not permitted to meet the teachers except with the permission of the Principal.
Soliciting Private Tuition:- Parents are strictly advised to refrain from soliciting private tuition from the teaching staff of the school, as this might give way to nepotism and favouritism which in the long run prove to be disastrous for the children.
Timely Payment of Fees:- Parents are requested to pay all fees well in time. Dues must be cleared before 10th of (each month)
Sick Children:- A child who is ill and needs immediate health care should not be sent to school. Requests for half-day leave, short Leave etc. are to be avoided.
Encourage self-help:- As your children advances in age, guide them to become a resourceful and useful member of the family, society and country. Encourage self-help for work and study. They should be taught to keep their room tidy, make their own bags etc. Formation of such habits early in life instills in them the sense of dignity of work, a fundamental personal virtue, necessary for successful career in life.
Healthy and Plastic Free Tiffin:- Parents are requested to follow school recommended balanced diet and provide healthy food in the tiffin box. Avoid the use of plastic in tiffin.
Birthdays/Home Celebrations:- On the occasions of Birthdays/Home celebrations gifts/sweets may be distributed among the students and staff. No personal gifts are permitted for any staff.
Banned Items:- Blade, Needle, Knife, Scissors, Matchbox, Fire crackers,tobacco products, chewing gum, toys etc. are not permitted in the school campus.
School Transport:-Pick & drop facility for the children is available from the first day of their joining. A child should be present at the designated spot 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Please don’t keep the school transport waiting when it picks up the child in the morning, since this causes inconvenience to other children, making them late for school.
ID- Card:-This card serves as the child’s Identification & Class Entry Card. Please do not forget to wear it to the school. In case of losing it, a written application signed by parents and the Principal will be required to attend the class.The re- issue of the ID-Card should be done within 7 days after paying fine.
Punctuality & Attendance:- Please make sure that the child is never late for school. Also ensure that the designated person is there to receive the child on time when school closes. It is not permitted to take the child home during school hours except by prior information given to the school. Absentees will have to submit a hand written application attested by parents and related document, explaining the cause of absence.
Discipline:- The students are expected to follow the discipline of school ,no-one is allowed to break the rules of the school. Misbehaving with teachers, damaging school property, doing any physical harassment to any one in school or School Bus , If any one is found a matter of gross indiscipline, the Discipline Committee may impose heavy fine.
Co- Scholastic Activities:- (A) co- scholastic activities ensure physical, mental, social, emotional and aesthetic development of a student. (B) Parents must motivate their ward to participate in these activities.(C) The school helps each child to develop his/her capacity and inborn talent to the fullest. Students are given closely monitored guidance under the supervision of experienced coaches and mentors.
